Recently, a complete set of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pultrusion equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company successfully completed commissioning and acceptance tests. The equipment has now been packed and shipped to the client’s site in Indonesia. The shipped pultrusion line is mainly used for the production of FRP profiles and features a high level of automation, stable operation, and high production efficiency. Equipped with an advanced control system and optimized die structure design, the equipment enables continuous and stable production, meeting the client’s demand for high-quality composite profiles.
Prior to shipment, the company’s technical team carried out comprehensive performance testing and trial production to ensure that key parameters such as speed control, temperature regulation, and pulling accuracy all met the design requirements. Meanwhile, the quality inspection department conducted detailed checks on every critical component to ensure safety and reliability during long-distance transportation and subsequent installation.
To guarantee safe ocean transport, the equipment was packed in customized wooden crates with shockproof and moisture-proof protection applied to critical parts. The logistics team also developed a scientific container loading plan based on the equipment’s dimensions and weight to ensure a smooth and secure shipping process.
The successful shipment of this pultrusion equipment to Indonesia not only expands the company’s presence in the Southeast Asian composite equipment market but also helps enhance the client’s local production capacity for FRP products.
