Recently, our company successfully signed a contract with a Brazilian client for the supply of a batch of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) rectangular pipes. Following the signing of the order, the company promptly launched its production plan. The manufacturing workshop has since entered a phase of intensive and well-organized operations, with multiple production lines working overtime to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
The FRP rectangular pipes destined for Brazil will be used in local municipal infrastructure and drainage engineering projects. Thanks to their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life, these products continue to gain strong recognition in overseas markets. To meet the client’s technical specifications and environmental requirements, our technical team carried out targeted design optimizations based on existing product models and strictly adhered to standardized manufacturing processes.
Inside the workshop, each stage of production is closely coordinated. Filament winding, curing, cutting, and finishing processes are all operating efficiently. Through precise production scheduling and on-site coordination, the production management department ensures optimal equipment utilization and proper workforce allocation, maintaining a steady and efficient workflow. At the same time, quality inspection personnel conduct full-process monitoring of key stages to guarantee that every product leaving the factory meets international quality standards.⚙️
